Black Joins Baumbach's Untitled Dramedy
Kidman and Leigh have their funnyman
Variety is reporting that Jack Black has joined Nicole Kidman and Jennifer Jason Leigh in Noah Baumbach's untitled film for Paramount Classics.
The film was written and will be directed by Baumbach and will feature Black as the husband of a young woman who is visited at her upstate home by her sister and 12-year-old nephew. The multigenerational story takes place over a weekend with Kidman and Leigh playing the sisters.
The feature was originally titled Nicole in the Country, but when Kidman came on to star that took too literal of a meaning.
The picture begins lensing April 2 on Long Island.
