Black Goes On 'Holiday' With Diaz and Winslet
Nancy Meyers pegs a new leading man.
It's a far cry from Nancy Meyers' last leading man in Jack Nicholson but a Jack is a Jack as Jack Black is joining Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet in the Meyers scripted and directed rom-com Holiday for Columbia Pictures.
The film will consist of an ensemble cast and focuses on a friendship that crops up between an American woman and a British woman, both of whom have been recently dumped. Black will play a film composer who becomes friendly with Winslet's character after she settles temporarily in L.A.
The Variety article goes on to say that Meyers is eyeing a Brit for the lead love interest for Diaz's character.
