Bello and Butler Join 'Butterfly'
Brosnan thriller nabs two more.
Variety is reporting that the cast of the Pierce Brosnan thriller Butterfly on a Wheel has just gained two new names. Maria Bello and Gerard Butler will be heading up to Vancouver with Brosnan in March to begin filming the indie with Michael Barker at the helm.
Butler and Bello will play a couple who have it all until their daughter is abducted. Over the course of a day, the kidnapper (Brosnan) dismantles the family's lives with brutal efficiency.
Brosnan's Irish DreamTime and Infinity Media of Vancouver are producing while Mel Gibson's Icon Prods. has world distribdistrib rights.
