NOTES: The top spot currently goes to Precious as I am still waiting to see Jason Reitman's Up In the Air and Precious has done well with its record-breaking box-office and strong critical response. The other heated battle on my list comes in at numbers 4, 5 and 6. With ten nominations now I believe the perceived "Top Five" become all that more interesting and with both Invictus and Nine yet-to-be seen and An Education working on larger buzz for its acting than it is for the movie overall we have a seriously close battle being waged.
