William H. Macy Chimes in on Lohan

The cat seems to be out of the bag

Wow, Lindsay Lohan can’t seem to catch a break anywhere, but it seems it is her own doing.

Almost a month ago exactly Lindsay Lohan’s on set behavior came into question as a letter from Morgan Creek Productions CEO James G. Robinson made its way online and went on to refer to the actress as “a spoiled child” and made several other unflattering accusations. Lohan’s mother, Dina Lohan, called the letter “way out of line,” but it has not caused a rash of rumors coming the actress’ way ever since.

The latest to come to the forefront was one of Lohan’s costars on the Emilio Estevez project Bobby. William H. Macy shares a seen with the 20-year-old and when asked about Lohan’s usual check-in time he told E! Online, “I think what an actor has to realize [is that] when you show up an hour late, 150 people have been scrambling to cover for you… There is not an apology big enough in the world to have to make 150 people scramble. It’s nothing but disrespect. And Lindsay Lohan is not the only one. A lot of actors show up late as if they’re God’s gift to the film. It’s inexcusable. They should have their asses kicked.”

I can’t help but wonder if her actions will come back to bite her or if the negative press will spin itself into dollars at the box-office. One thing to always keep in mind is that no actor wants the label “tough to work with.” Considering Lohan is only 20 I can’t imagine what she will be like once she hits the age that she can be called a diva, that is if her star hasn’t fallen by that time.
