When Will 'Tom Yum Goong' Come to the States?

Unfortunately I don't have an answer to the above headline, it is more of a plea to the studios than a question anyway as Tom Yum Goong has reportedly opened big over in Thailand according to Variety.
Part of the 18.4 million baht ($450,000) opening weekend for the Tony Jaa follow-up to his last hit Ong-Bak was credited to anti-piracy measures taken, which were able to catch two sets of would-be pirates in the first two days of its release. Variety brings us the following:
On Thursday, opening day, a 25-year-old man was caught attempting to camcord the pic at Bangkok's Metropolis theater. The following day, four Malaysian men were apprehended by staff at the same venue.
Another factored that is said to have played a big role is that the studio kept the number of prints sub-titled in both English and Chinese to just eight. The film only opened on 38 screens if that says anything about the numbers in comparison to films like The Dukes of Hazzard, which opened on 3785 screens last weekend.
