Week in Review: Uwe Boll Battles Anyone He Can

When you ask 'do I care'? Not in the slightest.

Good news! Gas and oil prices continue to rise to record levels! Even better news… THE POPE IS COMING!

The Pope doesn’t compare to nudity though does it? Did you hear Megan Fox is gonna go topless in Jennifer’s Body? That’s what producer Jason Reitman told Howard Stern at the same time he told Stern he turned down the opportunity to direct the Justice League. Nice work Jason, shilling a movie on nudity… must be top quality. But if you want to talk nudity, word is Dick Cheney has naked ladies reflected on his sunglasses.

Let’s talk fights. Uwe Boll is taking on all comers. He already did the boxing thing, now he is doing the video thing:

This video is in response to an online petition to get him to stop making films (there is a continue to make films one too). The best part may be the fact that dual douches Michael Bay and Eli Roth felt compelled to respond. Let’s see, Eli Roth says:

That is just further proof of what a genius Sasha Baron Cohen is. That’s his best character yet! And if you’re in Los Angeles check out Joe Dante’s festival at the New Beverly Cinema, starting tomorrow. See you there!

…and Michael Bay says

I find people who rant like that - calling shit about both me, and George Clooney - comes from someone screaming because he is not being heard. He is obviously a sad being.

When you ask “do I care”? Not in the slightest.

So Roth makes a joke saying that Sacha Baron Cohen was playing Boll and Bay doesn’t care about Boll, but takes the time to respond. What a classy affair. At least Roth felt compelled to slough it off while Bay acts like he doesn’t care but obviously does.

Did you hear about all the crap surrounding the Olympics in communist China? Well, athletes may be banned, kidnapping plots surface and the torch is having one hell of a time.

The fight in China may be big, but how about a real world fight club? In a political fight, who yah got, McCain vs. Obama? Polls say McCain actually tied Obama in polls, so it could be a draw. Let’s go to the cards.

Big news surround Tom Cruise’s Valkyrie as it does the release date mambo and we have a script review to see if it was ever Oscar worthy, or if it is even good for that matter.

That Yahoo!/Microsoft merger may actually help Google (I just like how this is on Yahoo!).

Some people think the ending to The Ruins is happy, but I beg to differ. Disney unleashes tons of new info on their 2008-2012 animation slate, X-Files mania is approaching and I try to catch up (very slowly) and the weirdest MPAA rating ruling baffles the shit out of me.

A Bear Punches a Woman in the Face Accompanied by the ‘Chariots of Fire’ Theme Song

B (if a one letter sig works for Bay it works for me)
