‘Tropic Thunder’ Advice: Nobody Goes Full Retard

There are five more clips where that came from

UPDATE: It has been brought to my attention there is now some sort of a movement to remove the scene featured below from Tropic Thunder because it is offensive. The article mentioning it is here and LatinoReview have posted Stiller’s comments on the character here. My advice, don’t go see the movie if you are going to be offended by it, thereby avoiding the offense. Yay! Idiots! Simple Jack has more brains than some of these folks.

My opinion of Tropic Thunder is already in and I gave it a B+ (review here). For the most part I loved it, but there were a few down moments keeping me from giving it anything in the A range, but I know you guys are going to love it. It pushes the humor right up to the edge and when it isn’t going high concept it isn’t afraid to dumb it down a little. It’s a mixed bag of goodness I think all of you are going to enjoy.

I have added six clips from the film to the site, all of them can be found right here, but I wanted to be sure you watched the one featured below as it is undoubtedly the funniest moment in the film not including Tom Cruise.

Give it a watch and then click here to watch the rest if you so choose. And remember, nobody goes full retard, that’s just good advice.
