The Trailer for ‘Choke’ Has Arrived

Not exactly a good preview for what looks like a decent flick

Strangely enough I learned just today that I am seeing Choke thanks to the Seattle Film Festival on June 4 and then the trailer shows up online only minutes later. However, this is the same bootleg trailer I recently saw (and unfortunately couldn’t share with you) and it does nothing for me in way of getting me interested in the film. If I hadn’t read Chuck Palahniuk’s book beforehand I don’t think I would have even chuckled at this flick or even cared about it outside of Sam Rockwell’s involvement. As it turns out it looks like it may be half decent and I can only hope it is just a bad trailer.

You can check it out in Flash or HD right here (sorry, the embed is just a link to the same page on MTV). Choke opens on September 26. For more on the film click here.

That trailer actually looks better than what I remembered seeing at Sundance this year. I agree though, it doesn’t make me want to go pay money to see it, especially if I didn’t already know the story.
