Trailer and Pics from Uwe Boll’s ‘In the Name of the King’

Doesn't look too bad considering...

Everyone gets down on Uwe Boll, and unfortunately I can’t join in on the fun because I haven’t seen a single film he has made. They are either never screened here in Seattle, go straight to DVD and are never heard from again or they have been pushed out so far that they suddenly pop up on the radar. They final option is what happened with In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale based on the Gas Powered Games videogame.

The flick is due out in theaters on January 11, 2008 with Freestyle set to release the pic that was at one point supposed to be a two parter. Well, it has been cropped down to one and we have the first look at the new trailer for you along with 19 new pics.

To check out the trailer click here, and for the pictures click here.

The film stars a fleet of names you would assume would never star in a Uwe Boll feature, but here they are, Jason Statham, Leelee Sobieski, John Rhys-Davies, Ron Perlman, Matthew Lillard, Burt Reynolds, Kristanna Loken, Ray Liotta and Claire Forlani.
