The trailer doesn't really tell us much

Yahoo has debuted the first trailer for Universal's animated feature Despicable Me, starring the voice talent of Steve Carell, Jason Segel, Russell Brand, Will Arnett, Kristen Wiig, Danny McBride, Miranda Cosgrove, Jack McBrayer, Mindy Kaling, Jemaine Clement and Julie Andrews.

An official synopsis for the film has not been released, but word has it the film centers on a villain named Gru (voiced by Carell) who plans to steal the moon and a trio of orphan girls named Margo, Edith and Agnes cause him to reconsider his plan.

Great cast, but I see this being horrible. Animated films for kids are always bad, when not made by Pixar.

???

Looks very odd. I know I thought the trailers for "Enchanted" and "Bolt" looked bad, but they turned out to be such great movies. Will this one do the same, or will it be as despicable as the title suggests?
