Dec 21 2012 is pretty legit, a lot of ancient civilizations have marked this date in the future on their calendars. If you don't believe me then Google it, I'm sure you'll find everything you need to know. Second, the mayans were one of the main civilizations who knew about this date and if I recall they disappeared as a civilization and no one knows why. I can see every member of this cast delivering the corny lines.
