The rest of the wedding was hilarious as well. The thing I particularly liked about Chuck n' Larry, was that almost every character in the story is funny, interesting and downright lovable. All were funny except Jessica Biel's character- she's just hot.

Not only is this movie funny though, it does have a message: The accepted venacular is GAY.

Overall, I would give the movie a 6 or 7 out of 10. A little above average, and probably one of the best movies by Adam Sandler in a while. I didn't really like how he was a womanizer in this movie, though.

Again, pretty scathing with the CAPS but brilliant regardless. "Its" one of rdelicie33's faves, no one can dispute that. For me it most certainly ranks ahead of Match Point, Man Who Wasn't There, Ghost World, Lost in Translation… well, I could go on and on but essentially I'm right there with "rfelicie33." When someone lays out a point with such lush imagery you HAVE to get on board (note: usage of CAPS totally intentional by me).

Indeed. I took a few minutes trying to parse what this meant and now I think I "get" it. You see, every single moment of The Nanny Diaries is a pure delight. Is it in my collection? You bet it is. Cause and effect people.

Also, Brad, can you please try and be a better critic from now on? Nanny Diaries WAS THE BEST MOVIE EVER. Stop being a screw-up and get your shit straight. And will you stop calling Norbit a bad movie? It may not be the best movie of the year (I will give you that), but it's at least close. It's touched lives. Its changed how we look at society, fat people and other cultures. It may not have affected you because you are heartless and without a soul, but it moved me and damnit that's all that matters.

And, just think, you still have his Postal to look forward to this year! I had the (dis)pleasure of watching a screener of that back in August and had it stayed on the 2007 release schedule I guarantee you it would have made number one on my worst of the year list.

I'm half tempted to see Dungeon Siege this weekend–just so I can pull an anti-Hammond and declare it already as The Worst Film of the Year–which Uwe Boll has managed to do for the last several years (haven't seen Bloodrayne 2 yet, but I'd be surprised if it doesn't beat out AvP as the worst of 2007)…but I'd pay for No Country for Old Men and sneak in (refuse to give any money for Boll's cinematic campaign of pain)…sadly, I don't know why I didn't do that for AvP

Really?!?!?! Don't get me wrong The Game Plan and Underdog are probably hideous. But Nothing about Aliens Vs Predator is even remotely ok. Give me an example of what's good in it other than that the Predators don't look cross-eyed this time. It's worse than Dragon Wars in my book, and just barely worse than Ghost Rider. Plus I think it's quite mean spirited as a opposed to a little…although a film being mean spirited doesn't necessary makes me dislike it (although here's it's just insipid exploitation.
