You know, the kid is bad, but Jar Jar makes me wince. It's a toss-up for me as to which one is/was worse. Luckily I don't think we will ever see or hear of either of them ever again.

Growing up it was GI Joe or Batman (with a lil Saved By the Bell) on TV and Star Wars or Indiana Jones in the VCR. I will say that I basically liked all of the Star Wars prequels. Episode 1 would have been great without Jar Jar and about 5 minutes of pod racing. (I understand the necessity of his character, but did he really have to be so annoying)? Episode 2 was not very good as far as dialogue and what the hell was with Obi Wan's mullet? That and the final battle scene (that you couldn't see) was pretty bad. Episode 3, with the exception of the "romantic" scenes was great. I do not think Hayden Christensen was that bad, and Ewan McGregor really became Kenobi in that film. All that being said I am not exactly on the bandwagon for this new animation yet. However after watching the trailer I will say that I will definitely see this opening day and for some reason I have a feeling it might actually be quite good. I dunno, we'll see. I think the real fans, fanatical as they are, will complain and blog till their fingers bleed and still watch it.
