I finally started catching up with the first season of "True Blood" watching episode six, "Cold Ground," and episode seven, "Burning House of Love," and I was quickly reminded of how much I enjoy the back-and-forth between Tara and Lafayette (Rutina Wesley and Nelsan Ellis)… especially Tara's swearing. "Cold Ground" wasn't necessarily a great episode, but "Burning House of Love" reminded me a little of the first time they introduced the Eric Northman character, a time when the show had a little more menace, that I like.

However, you aren't here for my opinion of the show (and if you are, bless you), instead you want to see the new batch of images HBO just sent over. Well, wait no longer.

All ten new images are featured directly below, have at it. The second season of "True Blood" is set to debut on HBO on June 14th and season 1 of the series will be released on DVD/Blu-ray on May 19th. The soundtrack will also be released on May 19th.
