Pretty easy. I just kept spelling his name wrong.

1st clue was the easy one. Not many actors have played Jesus in film. 1988 gave it away, as Scorsese's film was the only one out at the time.

Well since I was born in '88 and was 5 in '93 i had to go with the "fish" clue…
And that gave it all away :D
