Statham Goes ‘Rogue’ With Li

Duo team again for new actioner.

I never got around to posting this yesterday, and I apologize, but Production Weekly has reported that Jason Statham and are teaming again in Rogue. The duo last worked together on the cool little Matrix-y sci-fi feature The One.

This time around Statham and Li will be joined by Transporter director Corey Yuen as he guides them by coreographing and directing the action sequences.

The story centers on Jack Crawford (Statham) whose partner Tom Lone and Lone’s family have just been killed by an assassin for the Chang crime family. Following the tragic event Crawford becomes obsessed with finding the elusive and brutal killer, Rogue (Li).

Production on the feature is expected to begin in March up in Vancouver, Canada.
