'Sex and the City' Fans in Israel Please Stand Up
I think I am underestimating this thing...

First, New Line holds the world premiere of the New York based Sex and the City film adaptation in London. New Yorkers didn't like this, but I couldn't care less. Who really cares about premieres anyway outside of the snobby BS artists in attendance?
However, this isn't the only instance of this film making an attempt to appeal to a global audience. We already have French, German and now Israeli. Have I totally missed the boat on "Sex and the City"? Is this truly a global phenomenon?
New Line thinks so and that's why they went to London with the premiere saying it was simply to maximise the films "global appeal".
Maybe it's just because I am a guy and saw only one episode of the show and wasn't interested. Who knows, but I never knew it had this wide an audience.
Here's that Israeli poster. Honestly, I don't think I have ever seen a poster for any movie in Israeli before. However, I am confused as to why all the posters for foreign territories feature all four girls while the domestic posters only feature Sarah Jessica Parker… What's up with that? I mean, there are three other stars in the film right?
