Bloody Second International Teaser Trailer for '[REC] 2'

Can't wait to see the original

I have yet to see the original [REC] and avoided Sony's remake, Quarantine, even though it received pretty good reviews merely because I wanted to see the original first. Now, a sequel to the Jaume Balaguero and Paco Plaza original is set for a 2009 international release, but July 14 offers up the DVD release for the original so I will soon be getting all caught up on the buzz.

All that said, a new international teaser trailer for the sequel has arrived and it is once again directed by Balagueró and Plaza. You can watch a couple of earlier teasers here, but first, here is the newest one.

I've read that Balagueró and Plaza wanted this sequel more action oriented like how Aliens was to Alien.

You should definitely watch the original, Brad. Watch it at midnight with a couple of friends, silence all the phones, and turn off the lights. It's truly a short (80 mins), exhilarating, and frightening ride.

I watched Quarantine a week ago … its alright nothing special i didnt get scared its pretty messed up though kinda makes you think wut would u do in that situation.
