Scarlett Marries, ‘Pirates 4′ Release Date, ‘Blade Runner 2′ and a Look at Jason

It's an early start to what may be a busy week...

(clockwise from upper left) Scarlett Johansson, Janet Montgomery in Wrong Turn 3, Paris Hilton, Rupert Grint in Cherrybomb, James Cameron, Gordon Gekko, Terminator Salvation poster, Bladerunner poster, Heath Ledger, Jason Voorhees unmasked in Friday the 13th

Woody Allen’s muse, Scarlett Johansson, went ahead and got married to Ryan Reynolds on Saturday night.

There is a rumored May 20, 2011 release date for Pirates of the Caribbean 4.

Apparently James Cameron didn’t give McG a blessing to make Terminator Salvation. I am not sure why this matters though.

SlashFilm also has word the Eagle Eye screenwriters are working on a script for a Blade Runner 2.

The first image from Wrong Turn 3 of Janet Montgomery is online.

Bloody-Disgusting has up an interview with Paris Hilton for Repo! The Genetic Opera. I didn’t read it but I just think it is funny that anyone would want to talk to her, but hey, I’m linking to it so I guess it worked on some level.

MTV has the first look at Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley from Harry Potter) in Cherrybomb. Pretty cool pic actually.

Pictures of an unmasked Jason Voorhees from the new Friday the 13th are online in abundance.

Heath Ledger’s 2-year-old daughter, Matilda, is supposed to get a $10 million life insurance policy, but lawyers are holding it up saying Ledger’s death may have been suicide.

This is old news, but I forgot to mention it, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will have approximately 25 minutes in IMAX 3-D split between the opening sequence of the film and the finale.

Kris Tapley at InContention reminds me of this relevant Wall Street clip:

While I remind you that Tina Fey almost doesn’t have to change a single word Sarah Palin said in her Katie Couric interview to make this spoof funny.

Thanks to InContention, SlashFilm, MTV, HorrorBid, Bloody-Disgusting, IMDb and US Magazine for contributing to this report.

Am I the only person that does not want a Blade Runner 2? Not because I disliked the first one; in fact, it is one of my favorite films. I just don’t think there is any need or plot room for a sequel.
