'Saw 4' R-Rated Autopsy Clip

Jigsaw still has more to offer, even in the afterlife

RopeofSilicon user 'Andreas' just made us aware of this R-rated YouTube clip from Saw IV featuring a look at Jigsaw's autopsy.

The clip is R-rated so beware.

Saw IV is coming to theaters October 26th.
