New Superman and a trio attached to 'Priest'

V For Vendetta director James McTeigue is apparently on the short list to direct another Superman movie and recently said, "I think if I was ever going to go near Superman, I would do a complete reboot—take it in a direction that you would absolutely not expect, actually. So, that would be my thinking on it, if I was ever going to go near Superman… I think it's good that they just had a court case where, basically, if you make another Superman movie, you can't touch Superman growing up—that's part of the story that you can't touch any more, that wouldn't be a bad thing. I think everybody's a bit sick of seeing the origin story." [MTV]
When asked why he didn't go the way of Michael Bay with Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and have songs from Linkin Park and the Fray in his film, Quentin Tarantino said, "I hate that crap… It would've been easy to hire some artist to do the 'Ballad of Shoshanna,'" the filmmkaer said, referring to an integral scene about one of the film's title characters. "And it could be telling her story in a very on-point, nail-on-the-head kind of way. I just don't like the idea of giving that much power to anybody on one of my movies… I would much rather work with a music editor than a music composer." [Los Angeles Times]
In discussing his part in Iron Man 2 Don Cheadle spoke of the biggest surprise:
I didn't expect the "Rhodey CGI" character to work more days than me. I didn't think my stuntman would work as many days as I did. But you know, really it's a combination of your work. You're in this motion capture suit, then stuntmen do some stuff, you get to do some stuff, then they don't need any of you and they draw it themselves. So it's really a very interesting process.

There's a viral campaign underway for Sherlock Holmes and you simply need to click here, enter the word "IRENE" and then watch a face talk to you. I turned it off within a few seconds so if something interesting happens I didn't see it.
