Quick Note about these Bale and No Robin in Batman Articles
People need to check their sources...
There is a quote quickly spreading around the Internet saying that Christian Bale told Starpulse the following:
If Robin crops up in one of the new Batman films, I’ll be chaining myself up somewhere and refusing to go to work.
The only thing these people are not looking at is that Starpulse got this quote from WENN, which is a gossip newswire of sorts that very often posts quotes, comments and rumors that turn out not to be true.
I am not saying this is one of those times, and I am pretty sure no one wants to see a repeat of what happens when Robin was introduced in the previous Batman franchise, but until I see a more reputable source other than WENN reporting this quote I will take it with a LARGE grain of salt.
On the other hand, it doesn’t hurt to have all the fanboy websites making it very well know that they most certainly do not want Robin in the third film.
