The old ones are still a lot of fun to watch mostly because of the enormous chees-factor. The gadgets (allthough they started to get out of controll, think invisible car), the different girl every 5 minutes, the mad uber-villains (mono-rail WOOHOO!), etc. etc. As you said its a Bourne world now so those things wouldn't work anymore but with just a secret agent called Bond, an employer called M and a pretty girl, can you still consider it a proper Bond film? I liked Casino Royal and I can't wait to see Quantum but are they moving away to much from the Bond world? But is it still a Bond-film?
