POSTER: The Darjeeling Limited

Wes Anderson's new one has artwork

Many people love Wes Anderson and his films The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou and The Royal Tenenbaums and are therefore looking forward to his next film The Darjeeling Limited set to hit limited theaters on September 29th. However, I am not one of them.

Yeah, sorry Anderson fans, but I am not one of your clan. Not that I hate Anderson’s films, I just don’t see what is so funny and I don’t expect this one to impress me either. Darjeeling stars Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody and Jason Schwartzman and is an emotional comedy about three brothers re-forging family bonds. The eldest, played by Wilson, hopes to reconnect with his two younger siblings by taking them on a train trip across the vibrant and sensual landscape of India.
