Penn, Moore and Ryder Go Dramedy
The Pippa Lee story MUST be told

Variety is reporting that Robin Wright Penn, Julianne Moore and Wynona Ryder are set to star in The Private Lives of Pippa Lee a dramedy for director Rebecca Miller.
Miller is directing from her own novel and while the article doesn’t say it I am assuming she also penned the script since she also wrote and directed her last feature, The Ballad of Jack and Rose.
Pippa Lee centers on a dutiful wife whose husband falls for a younger woman, freeing her to explore her buried sensuality and leading to a “a very quiet nervous breakdown.”
Filming is scheduled to start in April in Connecticut.
