No, the Oscar Winners Weren't Leaked, but This is Still Sort of Fun…

That was some fast counting...

Ballots for the 2009 Oscar Awards were due by 5 PM last night and so the idea this site is claiming to have the list of winners already is just stupid, but it doesn't mean the list doesn't have that odd sense of it could happen with a few "surprise" choices (Amy Adams).

I attached the list below just for kicks, but don't go lending it any sort of credibility.

Even if it hadn't been for the timing, this list looks pretty impossible. I think heads would explode if The Reader won anything other than Winslet's award.

hmmm, some are pretty much right on the money. Ledger for sup. actor, Wall-E for animated, Slumdog for picture, Winslet for actress. This list lost me though with their Screenplay picks, Amy Adams winning, Departures over Class and Bashir, ec..

Anybody could've predicted the obvious ledger, wall-e, slumdog wins. Those things are locks.

I'd love for The Dark Knight to win art direction, but I expect Benjamin Button to get that one.

The Dark Knight will win for Ledger, as it should, and it deserves cinematography as well. Unfortunately, it seems Slumdog Millionaire will be getting that one. What a surprise.

Man on Wire also seems like a lock for best documentary.

I actually kind of like these picks. I hope it does turn out like this.

Amy adams could for sure pull off a win, she was so damn good. Is there something I missed from Kate Winslets performance in the Reader, am I the only one who thinks that she was just alright? I mean compared to other roles she did in the past, this one is chicken feed. She was so much better as clementine in sunshine of the spotless mind. And in little children she was phenomenal. GOSH PEOPLE, GIVE MERYLL SOME DAMN LOVE.

Milk had great editing! And before you answer my last statement watch the scene with Meryll and Phillip alone in her office, then tell me she doesn't deserve that oscar.
