I am a big fan of Ed Norton ever since I saw American History X and Primal Fear. Any project he is involved in is a must see for me. And as for Colin Farrell. It looks like he has got his shit together after crappy films like Swat, Alexander and Miami Vice. Alexander and Miami Vice were actually not by any way his fault. There were to very good directors on those projects who just failed to deliver a good film.

But after In Bruges and checking out all the other projects Farrell has going on, my interest in him has increased. He has always been a difficult actor to understand. One moment he does an awful film like The Recruit or SWAT and then he is in a film like Intermission or In Bruges. He has always tried to keep a balance between big Hollywood film and small indie projects. So the teaming up of Norton and Farrell can be very interesting. And this film does look a lot better then We Own the Night.

This trailer definitely looks better than the first, but I just don't see how it will breathe any new life into the corrupt cop genre.

I don't think I've ever not liked Ed Norton in a movie, so I'm really hoping he doesn't disappoint here.
