Focus Features will release Joe Wright's Atonement this December and I am already starting to hear Oscar buzz as Wright reteams with his Pride and Prejudice star, the lovely Keira Knightley in the feature film adaptation of the best-selling 2002 novel.
The film centers on writer Briony Tallis who, as a 13-year-old, irrevocably changes the course of several lives when she accuses her older sister's (Knightley) lover (James McAvoy) of a crime he did not commit.
