New Trailers: '2012,' 'Armored' and 'Dorian Gray'

Destruction, robbery and the curse of eternal life

I added a trio of new trailers yesterday and thought I would share all at once.

The action-thriller Armored has been moved to December 4 and as a result has itself a brand new trailer. Roland Emmerich's destruction of the world happens in November with 2012 and now the Japanese know what it's all about and I now have an official trailer for what looks like an interesting dramatic horror called Dorian Gray starring Ben Barnes as the title character and co-starring Colin Firth. Gray hits theaters overseas on September 9, no telling when it will arrive Stateside.

I think Dorian Gray is an interesting literary character, so I'm glad that someone decided to make a new movie about him.

Also, Armored might be interesting. It has a fun cast, at the very least. The director, Nimrod Antal, is who Robert Rodriguez has directing the Predators movie for him. I have yet to see Antal's previous work, Vacancy (the one with Kate Beckinsale and Luke Wilson.) Hopefully, when I see Vacancy and Armored I will be impressed, and can really start anticipating Predators.

Talk about a trailer that gives the whole movie away, I now do not have to see "Armored" as I have the whole plot of the movie just from the trailer.

Dorian Gray is one of my favorites book. The trailer looks interesting and darker than previous versions. I heard this movie was not rated R in UK because they reduced very explicit moments about sadomasochistic excesses and infliction of pain in a murder scene . Its sounds great!!.
I CANT WAIT TO SEE THIS IN THE STATES !!

Dorian Gray is one of those classical stories that can be told over and over and over in so many different forms just because it is so amazing and genius. When Oscar Wilde chose to write his only novel, he surely did it with a bang… a bang that keeps lasting and lasting. Is that really a bang, then, if it doesn't end?
