Seems like another Ghost Rider tandem for Cage/Mendes, which makes me hesitant. OT: What happened to the Cage of late when he was in Leaving Las Vegas, The Rock, Raising Arizona, and Matchstick Men? Is it me or has he crossed over to becoming a B-List star?

From what i'v seen i think hell be doing a better job in Bad Lieutenant then some of his other recent stuff, I say give it a chance.

The BL remake is a Herzog film though, so it must be seen.

Great posters. Well, the BL one isn't much, but I'm highly intrigued by that movie. I wasn't a huge fan of the original (Though Keitel's acting was good), but the fact that this is only a loose "remake" or maybe not even strictly a remake of the original plot, and that it's directed by Werner Herzog, could mean that Eva Mendes and Nicholas Cage get far better a film than they did with "Ghost Rider." …….Well, OBVIOUSLY it'll be better than Ghost Rider. But will it be awesome? It actually has that chance.

I really hope "Where the Wild Things Are" and "Fantastic Mr. Fox" make money. WTWTA seems to be shooting for the adult crowd and one side of the indie circuit, while FMF seems to be shooting for another side of the indie circuit and all the Wes Anderson fans. It'll make for two absolutely enchanting films, but box office chances are very rocky. Will they be hits? Or flops? Both are very real possibilities.
