The Los Angeles Times spoke with Moore and learned the actual working title for the film is While America Slept and will offer a withering look at America's global conduct and reputation. "We have a big, big mess, and I don't know if it can be cleaned up. The toxicity of the spill is just that great," Moore told the LA Times. "Since I made Fahrenheit, our standing in the world had depleted to an even worse state."
He was reluctant to reveal anything else because he wants "to be able to finish." Apparently early details about Sicko gave health care companies an advantage — the filmmaker promises that his next movie will be "dangerous."
Moore goes on to say that his new film will provide a "sense of danger" and will have audiences "on the edge of their seats," something he believes the fictional Iraq war films failed to deliver on due to how late they were released.
The main question Moore's film intends to ask is "Are we at the points where the Romans were?" which is lofty to say the least.
Based on his presentation in Sicko I hope it isn't a whole bunch more of the obvious and actually offers up something new. He is a talented filmmaker, but sometimes he gets way too caught up in the gimmick and forgets the facts, not to mention he always fails to present the opposing opinion.

I am anxious to see what Moore brings to the table, it is always interesting, I just wish for once he would at least present the opposing view. His docs are always so one-sided it is difficult to get 100% behind him even if I do agree with what he is saying.
