Meet Spidey Villain Number One

Haden Church as Flint Marko.

While Sony continues to act as if the entire online community doesn’t know exactly who the Spider-Man 3 villains are they have dropped a mega hint as they have revealed the first image of Thomas Haden Church as Flint Marko, a.k.a. Sandman over at the Spider-Man official site.

To get a full detailed description of the story you can head over to the Marvel Directory, but I am sure you would much rather first check out the full-sized image that is teased above. To do so click here and check out how much Church has buffed up for the part. Gotta wonder if Topher Grace is still going to be the scrawny actor we know him as or if some working out is going to be required for him to pull off the part of Venom.

Spider-Man 3 is set to release on May 4, 2007.
