Martin Short Turns Frosty for 'Santa Clause 3'

Speaking of unnecessary sequels.

While I don't care about another Santa Clause movie I am sure there are several kiddies and soccer moms out there that will be more than happy to hear there is going to be yet another film featuring the disfunctional "Kringle" as Tim Allen has already been announced as returning to don the big red suit yet again for Santa Clause 3.

The news of the day however is that Walt Disney is in final negotiations with Martin Short to play the part of Jack Frost in the feature. Allen's character Scott Calvin, a.k.a. Santa, will struggle to keep his new family happy all while battling the evil Frost.

Filming is scheduled to begin on November 14th with Santa Clause 2 helmer Michael Lembeck back again for another turn.
