Judd Joining Kramer's 'Crossing Over'
Ashley is still working, just not as prominently
Ashley Judd's career has slowly dwindled and it never really sparked quite as much as it could have for the extreme cutie. However, this doesn't mean she is done. Ashley will be seen on May 25 in the thriller Bug for Lionsgate and is now said to be in negotiations to join the cast of Wayne Kramer's ensemble drama Crossing Over.
Crossing Over already stars Harrison Ford, Ray Liotta, Sean Penn and Cliff Curtis and is set in Los Angeles, storyline revolves around immigrants from different countries and backgrounds who share a common bond in desperately trying to gain legal status.
Judd will play an immigration defense attorney who is trying to arrange the adoption of a Nigerian girl.
More stars are expected to join the feature and some, like Penn, will only be taking on cameos.
The film is currently scheduled to begin filming later this month in L.A.
