Jovovich Joins Norton and De Niro in 'Stone'
Something outside of Resident Evil for the model turned actress

Back in early May it was announced Robert De Niro and Ed Norton were going to star in Stone, John Curran's follow-up to The Painted Veil, and today Screen Daily reports from the Cannes Film Festival that Milla Jovovich has also joined the cast.
Stone is based on a play by Junebug screenwriter Angus MacLachlan and centers on a correctional officer (De Niro) who is seduced by the wife of a convicted arsonist (Norton) who is deployed in a psychological game of cat-and-mouse with De Niro's character. Jovovich will play Norton's wife.
The film begins shooting tomorrow in Michigan for Mimran Schur Pictures.
Jovovich was last seen in Resident Evil: Extinction in 2007 and has since completed filming on David Twohy's A Perfect Getaway a horror/thriller revolving around a newlywed couple on their honeymoon in Hawaii who run into two hikers who turn out to be vicious killers.
