Isaacs and George Have 'Stopping Power'
Duo joining John Cusack in thriller
Jan De Bont has had an interesting directorial career, his films have done rather well, but they are a bit corny if you ask me as they include Speed, Twister (ugh) and Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life. De Bont is set to add Stopping Power to the filmography and he has brought in Jason Isaacs, Melissa George and John Cusack to tell the story.
In the flick Cusack plays a man who races to rescue his kidnapped daughter. Isaacs will play Cusack's nemesis, and George will portray Cusack's girlfriend. The film is slated to enter production in Berlin next month.
Sounds like perfect casting to me, I love Isaacs as a villain, he plays it all so well.
