International Trailer for Knightley’s ‘The Duchess’

It's like Marie Antoinette meets The Other Boleyn Girl

The international trailer for Keira Knightley’s The Duchess is now online featuring a little naked booty shake. This one looks like it takes Marie Antoinette and The Other Boleyn Girl, plays a little bit of role reversal as everyone runs around with wigs on. Don’t get me wrong, I think once you get beyond the horrible music opening up this trailer it gets quite good, but I am not sure audiences are going to want to see a movie that really seems like a lot of what we have already seen… even if it does look good.

The Duchess opens on September 19, and if you are wondering who the rival cutie in the trailer is, that’s Hayley Atwell from Cassandra’s Dream.

It looks a lot better than that teaser trailer. I agree, the first thing that came to my mind was Marie-Antoinette.
