Three new trailers arrived yesterday and while I am fudging the facts a little bit by saying they all three start with the letter "P" I don't think you'll be chopping my head off as a result.
The first is a NSFW teaser trailer for the Johnn Travolta and Jonathan Rhys Meyers action thriller From Paris with Love (2/5/10) directed by Taken helmer Pierre Morel.
Next we have the second trailer for the Logan Lerman film with a really long name Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2/12/10), which centers on Poseidon's 12-year-old half-human son (Lerman), who embarks on a quest across modern-day America to save his mother, return Zeus' stolen lightning bolt and prevent a deadly war between the gods.
Finally, we have the Robin Wright Penn feature The Private Lives of Pippa Lee (10/23/09) directed by Daniel Day-Lewis's wife Rebecca Miller.

From Paris with Love starts February 5, not the 19th. And it looks like a good departure for Rhys Meyers
yes, because travolta is still chaneling nick cage from face-off.
The first two trailers look terrible. the third still looks pretty bad.
Percy Jackson looks like it'll suck. Chris Columbus is great at setting up scenes and shots and capturing special effects. However, he is terrible at directing actors. If he has great actors to work with (like Robin Williams in "Mrs. Doubtfire" and the entire adult cast of Harry Potter), then he mostly gets a free pass. However, when he directs kids or people who can't act, it's not nearly as impressive (you'll notice how the trio got remarkable better between the second and third Harry Potter films; this was not just them growing up and becoming better actors). Percy Jackson looks like it has a lot of kid actors in it and no big adult actors. Hence, it'll likely be chock full of bad acting that can't be rectified by any positive aspects. Oh, and it doesn't help that Fox is producing. They'll probably fuck the movie into a 90-minute runtime and make Chris Columbus break up his well-constructed scenes into 2-second cuts.
@JM: Percy Jackson has Pierce Brosnan, Rosario Dawson, Uma Thurman, Sean Bean, Catherine Keener, Joe Pantoliano, and Steve Coogan. I would say they are all big adult actors.
