I'm sure by now you've all heard the very sad news about Heath Ledger's death. At the age of 28 years old the Brokeback Mountain star was found dead in his Manhattan apartment. As of yet there is no known cause of death. Some speculation that his death was a suicide has upset and shocked his family. There are some reports as well saying the actor had pneumonia. Currently his ex-fiancé Michelle Williams and daughter Matilda are in Sweden filming Mammut. When the actress was told of Ledger's death she said was "devastated". No word on whether the leading lady of the film will return home. The web is just insane with posts and tributes to the young actor. James Haven the brother of Angelina Jolie has reportedly slipped information about his sister's future family plans. Haven implied that the Jolie-Pitt clan could grow with another adoption – this time a girl. The couple will start looking into the adoption come Easter. In her ongoing custody battle Britney Spears has finally made it to her court deposition and is looking to get visititation with her two sons under supervision. It looks like the singer may have to stop her defiant ways and give in to a psychological evaluation to get what she wants. I guess we'll see what happens! Here's what K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan had to say about his visit with Spears – "We are going over things that are very, very gut-wrenching," Kaplan said Monday night, speaking outside of Katsuya restaurant in Brentwood. He declined to discuss specifics of the questioning, but said, "Just to revisit them even in your own mind would not be pleasurable."

New Mom Nicole Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden can't seem to decide on who their newborn daughter's godmother will be. Richie who's anesthesia most likely has not worn off wants to make her socialite best friend Paris the godmother! The girl has a hard time taking care of herself and her dog! Madden who must have some brain cells and common sense doesn't see Hilton's potential and wants his future sister-in law Sophia Monk as godmother! After making several less than tasteful comments about their organization the UFC has decided to file a lawsuit against their very own Randy Couture. The fighter who is under contract has reportedly expressed himself in a manner that has caused the "business irreparable damage". The UFC is suing for $10,000.00 and also would like to stop Couture from competing in any future fights against the UFC. [BUDDYTV]

Ringo Starr and Dave Stewart walks off of "Live With Regis And Kelly"! Miscommunication and lack of compromise caused The Beatle to leave the show when they planned to cut his performance of Liverpool 8 short. Although Starr had no hard feelings Stewart didn't hold back ! "Four minutes (3 minutes and 40 seconds, actually) seemed like an appropriate amount of time for a former Beatle. Mr. Gelman apparently felt Ringo's musical legacy should take a back seat to additional banter about the size of Ms. (Kelly) Ripa's derriere," he said in a statement.
