Tom Cruise's Scientology video that has recently surfaced still seems to be the talk of the town, and now the star's partner has rushed to his defense calling him a victim of prejudice! Also in the news this Monday is Lohan's field trip to the morgue, Jessica Biel is jealous and a little nervous with the Kate Hudson rumors, and Bret Michael stops by Conan to discuss "Rock Of Love 2". Britney Spears has been spending the last couple of days with Sam Lufti while her new boy toy is out of town and may have had a change of heart. The train wreck has reportedly filed a restraining order against her new boyfriend Adnan Ghalib.
Reports that the singer found out about her boyfriend's plans to sell her pics could be the cause but no-one knows for sure. TMZ spoke to Ghalib who says he is not aware of a restraining order and that the couple was doing fine when he left on his trip. Rumors have also surfaced that Britney is not the first celebrity targeted by the photographer and that Angelina Jolie was his first attempt at gaining fame and fortune! [POPCRUNCH]

Wagner says "I am not a Scientologist, nor are most of the people Tom and I work with, but that doesn't mean I can sit by silently while he is attacked for his religious beliefs.
"As a film-maker and an American, I feel strongly that an individual's religion should have no bearing on their professional life. I have always believed that Americans celebrated these differences." "It's easy to mock an out-of-context video. But that doesn't change the fact that Tom Cruise is one of the hardest-working and nicest human beings I have ever known." Although I do agree it doesn't change my opinion that he's completely demented and could be related to Britney.
