After 3 weeks of avoiding Sam Lufti has finally been served! Lufti who allegedly drugged Britney Spears then cut her phone lines was served a restraining order while leaving his apartment this past Thursday. [PEOPLE]

Justin Timberlake lands himself another acting gig! This time Timberlake will play minor league baseball player Carlton Garrett in the movie The Open Road. The movie which is already in production will also star Jeff Bridges in the role of Timberlake’s estranged father. [PEOPLE]

“Jackass” star Johnny Knoxville’s recent stunt for an MTV marathon went all wrong causing him to tear his urethra. Knoxville explains what went wrong while performing his stunt - “I decided I could back-flip a motorcycle,” says Knoxville. “I guess I should have decided if I could ride a motorcycle beforehand, because I can’t. The bike goes about 15 feet in the air, comes down and breaks off the handlebar on my crotch.” Knoxville is said to be recovering at home.

Former Soprano’s Mom Edie Falco has landed a new comedy on Showtime. Falco will play a mouthy New York city nurse with a very erratic personal life. The comedy is “a darkly comedic view of a health care system gone awry”. Production is said to be starting right away. With the Pilot written by Linda Wallem from “That ’70s Show” Falco expressed her excitement calling the “character and the writing truly thrilling.” The untitled show’s premiere has been scheduled for late this year.

Lindsay Lohan is on the same drugs that Heath Ledger was on! The actress’ father Michael Lohan is worried about the string of prescription drugs his daughter is taking. Lohan says there the same drugs the late actor Heath Ledger was prescribed. The rehabbed star is reportedly taking “Adderall for her Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Xanax for depression and anxiety and Ambien for insomnia.” It seems the father and daughter don’t share the same concerns. Lindsay had this to say about the matter and the death of Heath Ledger- “It’s so tragic what just recently happened to Heath. He is a prime example of what this industry can do to someone. But I sure as hell wouldn’t let it happen to me.”
