Actress Bai Ling was arrested and charged with misdemeanor shoplifting after stealing magazines and batteries at the Los Angeles International Airport. [YAHOO]
In the world of Britney - The singer who’s affairs are still in her father’s hands is apparently being held hostage! Attorney John Eardley who was reportedly called by Spears is saying that the courts are doing more harm than helping with the conservatorship. In the meantime Heidi Klum has offered to help Spears. The model has even offered her a place in her home so that the troubled 26 year-old can straighten out her messy life! [SOCIALITELIFE]
The reps for actress Kirsten Dunst have denied that the star’s substance abuse problems stem from her break-up with actor Jake Gyllenhaal or that she has a problem at all! Dunst was recently in the news after she reportedly checked herself into the famous Utah Cirque Lodge still drunk. Dunst’s reps however have stated several times that she is not addicted to drugs and never checked in to receive treatment from the Lodge. [PRINSIDE]

Amy Winehouse’s husband OD’s in jail! Blake Fielder-Civil who has been in jail for charges of bodily harm and perverting justice was found in his cell vomiting after he overdosed on heroin. The heroin which was cut with other toxic chemicals was said to be contaminated. Civil has been in jail since November 2007. [GLOSSLIP]
