My God. I've seen what I've been dying to see. I really hope Michael Shannon gets nominated.

Hmm, if this is really only a taste, I may have a great time when I go see "Revolutionary Road." But the Best Supporting Actor has been earmarked for Heath Ledger since July. Sorry, Shannon, you'll have to get by with a nomination alone.

Why is it that every article that I read, there's a comment about "The Dark Knight" or Ledger. It was that good of a movie, and Ledger performance wasn't so mighty either.

I agree that it was a good film, one of the best of the year. But it doesn't deserve the hype that it's getting. People are hailing it as the greatest movie ever and are making Ledger as a lock for best supporting actor. THERE ARE NO LOCKS!!

Sorry, that this rant had nothing to do with Michael Shannon, I just had to get that off my chest cause I'm really getting angry with TDK being so over hyped.

It is simply foolish to say that Ledger's performance in The Dark Knight "wasn't so mighty." It was nothing short of incredible.

Looks like Roger Ebert is on board, saying: "With a performance by Heath Ledger as the Joker that will surely win an Oscar".
