Garcia Bernal Dresses Like a ‘Mammoth’
It is all serious drama for this fella
I can’t remember a time when I saw Gael Garcia Bernal in a movie that was not down trodden or morose. What is it Gael? Too much happy in your life? However, the guy is a phenomenal actor and turns in performances worth watching and his next is set up to be for Swedish director Lukas Moodysson in Mammoth.
Garcia Bernal will play a successful New Yorker who decides to radically change his life while on a trip to Thailand with his wife and daughter.
“Bernal is one of the most exciting young actors working today,” Moodysson told Variety. “He was my dream choice.”
The $10 million production begins shooting in November in Thailand, New York, Sweden and in the Philippines.
