After his Oscar nominated effort in Cold Mountain Law has become quite the hot ticket and, as if that wasn't enough, he now finds himself as quite the hot ticket in the remake of the Oscar nominated original Alfie where he plays a philosophical womanizer (Jude Law) who is forced to question his seemingly carefree existence. The role of Alfie is loved by enthusiasts of the first who believe Law has a tough road ahead of him if he is to live up to Michael Caine's version of the womanizing player.
