First Look at Keira Knightley in 'Last Night'
Get an early peek at the upcoming dramedy...
The first image of Keira Knightley as Joanna Reed in Massy Tadjedin's Last Night found its way onto the Internet over the weekend and is featured directly to the right.
The film, which is expected to be released by Miramax in 2009, follows a married couple as they are apart for a night while the husband takes a business trip with a colleague to whom he's attracted. While he's resisting temptation, his wife encounters her past love. Starring alongside Knightley are Eva Mendes and Sam Worthington (Terminator Salvation and Avatar).
Maybe I'm crazy, but doesn't she look a bit like Natalie Portman in that pic?
The film was written and directed by Massy Tadjedin who also was part of the writing team on The Jacket, which Knightley starred in back in 2005 and was directed by John Maybury.
Knightley is expected to next star in London Boulevard opposite Colin Farrell for director William Monahan or possibly Never Let Me Go for Mark Romanek. Debuting stateside after an international release in 2008 will be The Edge of Love on March 20 co-starring Sienna Miller and Cillian Murphy directed by John Maybury.
