Variety is reporting that Walt Disney has acquired the pitch for Yosemite Three with Michael Carnes and Josh Gilbert set to pen the script and Tim Allen expected to star.

The story would have Allen playing a corporate employee who heads off on a company retreat. Bored with a mandated nature hike, he and two others hole up in a bar and are reported missing in Yosemite National Park. They longer they stay missing, the more popular they become in news reports.

On top of this news word continues to spread that Disney is trying to fast-track the sequel to the Allen, John Travolta, Martin Lawrence and William H. Macy comedy Wild Hogs, which made over $160 million at the domestic box-office this year.
