Disney Unveils the New Trailer for 'The Princess and the Frog'

2-D animation is still alive and kicking

Over the weekend a bootleg version of the brand new trailer for Disney's upcoming 2-D animated feature The Princess and the Frog hit YouTube, but today Apple has unveiled the HD version and while you can watch it in our Flash player directly below I strongly urge you to watch it in high-definition at Apple.

The Princess and the Frog features the voices of Anika Noni Rose, Terrence Howard, John Goodman, Keith David and Jim Cummings and will hit New York and Los Angeles theaters on November 25 followed by a wide release on December 11.

The film takes a new twist on the classic tale and I will only say that as the trailer explains the rest.

As a fan of both disney and classical(2D) animation I'm pumped for this, the backdrops were gorgeous.
