To enter the contest just fill out the information below just remember the following guidelines:

1. You may only enter one (1) time per person. Any duplicate entries will be deleted.
2. You must live in the United States to enter.
3. The contest ends on March 12th, any entries after 11:59 pm CST on March 12, 2005 will not be counted.
4. The two (2) winners will be selected at random from the thousands of entries received.
5. Winners will be notified via the email address submitted. If for any reason a winner does not claim his/her prize a random drawing will be held to determine the new winner.
6. The decision by contest administrators is final and cannot be disputed.
7. See below the entry form for the rules regarding tampering with the sweepstakes or techinical difficulties with the sweepstakes.
